In 2004, Mr. Su, Yung-Min (To Vinh Minh), Deputy General Director of Nam Hoa Joint Stock Company founded Tanam and Bat Phuong Construction Design Consulting Company, with 100% foreign ownership, led by Mr. Su and Yung-Min hold the position of General Director.
